At Rang Riwayat, we aim to provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.
Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be generated within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Products that have been exchanged cannot be returned again.

Exchanged items will be delivered within 5–7 working days after the exchange request is approved.

Reverse pickup charges may apply for exchanges.
Orders placed using store credit or credit notes are considered exchange orders and are not eligible for further exchange or return.
Return Policy

Store Purchase Policy
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for refunds.
Only store credit may be issued for eligible exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
