Return & Exchange Policy – Rang Riwayat

At Rang Riwayat, we aim to provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be generated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • Products that have been exchanged cannot be returned again.

  • Exchanged items will be delivered within 5–7 working days after the exchange request is approved.

  • Reverse pickup charges may apply for exchanges.

Orders placed using store credit or credit notes are considered exchange orders and are not eligible for further exchange or return.

Return Policy

  • Return requests must be generated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Reverse pickup charges may apply.

  • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or the original payment method, depending on the order type.

  • Refund processing may take up to 12 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Jewellery or accessory items

  • Products returned after the allowed return period

Store Purchase Policy

Items purchased in-store are not eligible for refunds.
Only store credit may be issued for eligible exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
